Carroll Construction is an award winning construction company with over 20 years of industry experience. Established in 2002, Tom Carroll created the company because his passion for construction which has remained with him since he started at 17 years old working in the industry. Carroll Construction specializes in foundation replacement, structural building, General Construction and high-end finish carpentry and cabinet installation. The company services the Greater Bay Area from San Francisco to Alameda and Richmond to Castro Valley. The company’s quality of work, professionalism, honesty and integrity are verified with our established list of repeat and referencable clients.

Additionally, most of the construction work on your project is done in house by our team with minimal outsourcing, so you know exactly who you are working with.

How We Work

We accept no payments until work has begun. Once a crew has been assigned to a project they do not leave until the project is finished. We work all year, rain or shine, and can usually start within 2 weeks of being hired. We do this work because we want to and as a result we are organized and efficient, our work is clean and straight and our garbage bins are always empty.
